About

Bridging strategy and shipped software.

I've spent the last twelve years sitting at the seam between business and engineering — translating ambiguous strategic goals into shipped software. I'm proudest of the projects where the business sponsor, the dev team and the end user all walked away feeling heard.

My toolkit is a blend of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall — chosen by context, not religion. I lean heavily on BPMN modeling, clean specs, and the kind of stakeholder communication that prevents Friday-afternoon surprises.

I work in English, French and Ukrainian. I'm currently expanding from project management into product management, leaning on continuous discovery, AI-assisted workflows and the certifications I've been building toward (Google AI Essentials, Prompt Engineering for PMs, AI in Construction Projects).

Expertise

Where I move the needle.

The work I'm sharpest at — and the work I most enjoy. If your team needs traction in any of these, we'll click.

01

Project Management

Full SDLC ownership across Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall. Scope, schedule, budget, risk — and a team that actually wants to ship the next sprint.

02

Business Analysis

BPMN modeling, requirements specifications and gap analysis. Translating fuzzy business goals into engineering tickets without losing the why.

03

Cross-functional Leadership

Distributed teams of up to 25 across Switzerland, France, Ukraine and India. Designers, developers, QA, tech leads — aligned around outcomes, not output.

04

Stakeholder Communication

Weekly demos, transparent roadmaps, no surprises. Building trust between business sponsors and delivery teams so changes feel like progress, not chaos.

05

Risk & Change Management

Contingency plans and migration playbooks. Led the Ruby → React/Next.js rebuild over a 12-month window with zero customer-visible downtime.

06

Product Mindset

Now stepping into Product Management at Goldavenue. Continuous discovery, prioritisation by impact, and AI-assisted workflows that compound team velocity.
